Steel Staple-In Framing System
GatorStitch® is a revolutionary product making a dramatic impact on the fabric structure industry. The product combines the advantages associated with staple-in framing systems with those of steel-based framing systems.
The GatorStitch® tube begins with standard 18-guage GatorShield® steel, which, through a unique manufacturing process, is formed into Steel Stitch's distinctive modified octagon shaped tube. During the forming process, an aluminum stapling web is simultaneously encased within the outer walls of the steel tube. A triple layer of zinc, conversion coating and a clear acrylic topcoat provides a barrier between the two dissimiliar metals.
